Paul is a leading expert on elections and the practical application of electoral processes.  In the UK he has taken part in elections at all levels including those of the European Union and has 9 years’ experience in local government.  Overseas Paul has worked across 17 countries and 4 continents. He has been an election supervisor and, since 2000, an observer for OSCE/ODIHR. Paul has also worked for UNDP, Centre for Foreign Policy Analysis and Committee for Open Democracy in a variety of roles.  Paul was called to the Bar by Gray’s Inn and has a LLM in Constitutional Politics, Law and Theory.

Anna is CIO of Daterna Ltd and has 20 years’ experience in electoral processes at local and national level. She is an expert in data-driven leadership with 35 years specialist experience in IT and data management and has worked with a number of FTSE100 and international companies.  Anna has spoken at democratisation technology policy conferences alongside cross-party members of the House of Commons and House of Lords and has delivered hundreds of workshops across all grades from staff to board level.

Anna leads our data research and technology team.
